Store

What are your opening hours? Our London East Ham store is open from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm. We are currently closed on Sundays. Our store is air conditioned all year round.

Is there parking available at the store? There is no parking at the store. Pay and display parking on local surrounding roads.


Home appointments

What areas do you cover? We work in London and around most of the M25 including parts of Kent, Hertfordshire, Essex and Middlesex. Contact the team if you would like to discuss a project further afield.

How do I make an appointment for consultation at my home? Fill out the contact form or call the store on 020 8472 4658 to talk to an advisor. We will arrange for one of our team to visit you in your home at a time convenient to you. Most appointments take place Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

How long does a home appointment take? Average home appointment times take approximately 60 minutes, although longer may be required for large or more complex furnishing projects.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment? You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling the store on 020 8472 4658. Please give our team minimum 48 hours notice if you need to cancel.

Pricing and payments

How much deposit will I need to pay? For our domestic customers, a deposit of up to 50% needs to be paid when you place your order, with the balance due on completion. Commercial clients are subject to different terms and conditions.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment by bank transfer as well as cash and all major debit and credit cards over the phone and in-store. We also accept American Express. For our domestic customers, payment by cheques can only be accepted for deposits, but not for balances.

What is your refund and cancellation policy? We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on made to measure products unless they are faulty. If, for any reason, you want to make changes immediately after placing your order, please call the store on 020 8472 4658 to see if this is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee to cancel or amend your order as production of your products may have already started. Ready made products must be returned in the same condition as sold to the store for a refund.

Installation

Do you take care of both surveying and installation? Yes we have great teams of highly experienced surveyors and fitters.

Once ordered, how long will it take for my product to be fitted? Installations lead times vary depending on the product and time of year but our team will keep you up to date on your installation date.

If I need to rearrange my installation appointment, will I be charged? There are no charges for rearranging your installation appointment as long as reasonable notice of 48 hours is given. Please call the store on 020 8472 4658 and speak to one of the team if you need to reschedule your installation.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the installation? Before our team arrive for your installation, please clear the windows and surrounding areas of existing furnishings. Please ensure that walls are stable and safe, and that access routes to the relevant working areas are clear. Notify the team in advance if there are any parking restrictions.

Our products

Do you keep stock of curtains, nets, voiles, tracks and blinds in the shop that I can take away with me? We carry an extensive range of ready made curtains, nets, voiles, tracks and blinds in store ready for you to take home.

Can you make curtains and blinds to fit any area? Yes, our expert team are able to make curtains and blinds to fit all sorts of areas.

If I take the measurements myself, can I bring them in to the store for you to quote/make? We will be happy to give an estimate based on your measurements and make the product of your preference. Why not take advantage of a site survey, that way you can leave the measuring to our expert team.

Are there any guarantees of products? For your peace of mind, all of our products carry a one year manufacturer’s guarantee. Furthermore, some of our ranges have additional warranties of up to 5 years.

Are your products safe for children? All of our products are supplied with safety in mind. They have been fully tested and are fully compliant with British Standards requirements and UK law.
